Welcome! I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Human Rights in the Department of Political Science at University College London. 

My current research project examines the political and institutional determinants of refugee protection in industrialized countries, with a particular focus on the domestic institutions responsible for determining refugee status. I have broad research interests in foreign policy, political economy, humanitarianism, human rights, immigration, and border security.
